Rose earned their Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is passionate about helping individuals (age 5+) navigate life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. Rose specialised in narrative therapies, play therapies, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. With experience in a wide range of settings from hospice work in hospitals to supporting young people with transitioning in schools and higher education to experience running Outward Bound programs, Rose works to adapt modalities to meet each client where they are in their unique healing journey. Together with you, Rose will create a space founded in trust, collaboration, and empathy to make lasting progress on your goals, process past experiences, untangle doubts, or just have a space to talk. When Rose is not in the office, she spends a lot of time by the water, cooking and baking, and consoling her very spoiled cat for his life’s many hardships (like breakfast two minutes late).
