Death Anxiety Workshop

This one-day outdoor workshop offers a compassionate, curiosity-driven space to explore beliefs and anxieties about mortality. Through discussion, readings, and nature-based activities, participants will develop insights about their values and beliefs about death and build skills for working with death anxiety. This group welcomes people experiencing loss, but is not a processing group for grief.

Connection Between Nature & Spirituality: An Exploration

This event welcomes adults with an interest in deepening their spiritual bond with nature. Group meetings draw inspiration from the book Rooted: Life at the Crossroads of Science, Nature, and Spirit and includes both group and solo activities designed to deepen our intimacy with the natural world.
