Death Anxiety Workshop

Apr 19, 2026 1:00-4:30pm

This one-day outdoor workshop offers a compassionate, curiosity-driven space to explore beliefs and anxieties about mortality. Through discussion, readings, and nature-based activities, participants will develop insights about their values and beliefs about death and build skills for working with death anxiety. This group welcomes people experiencing loss, but is not a processing group for grief.

Collective Grief Group

May 28 - Jul 02, 2026

Six-week support group for adults experiencing unrecognized or hard-to-explain grief, such as loss of safety or imagined futures. Offers a safe space to share, learn how grief lives in the body, and practice simple somatic coping tools. Emphasizes shared human experience and connection, helping participants feel seen, supported, and less alone while processing loss together.

Forest Hike Scene

This 2-day wilderness retreat allows participants to experience a small taste of the Ceremony of Becoming, beginning with an intention that will be carried into the forest for quiet reflection. Participants will receive support from a trained guide, a small community of individuals, and nature, itself.

This monthly support group offers a compassionate space for women-identified adults to share, process, and learn with the intention of living a more empowering life. Meetings are offered in a hybrid format including virtual meetings and nature-based gatherings when the sun allows.

Mental Health Book Club

Join us for a 5-week group on parental wounds and the ways they influence our relationship to ourselves and others. The book Mother Hunger  will be central to weekly discussions about attachment patterns, the use of surrogate sources of soothing, and strategies for self re-parenting and breaking unhelpful relationship cycles.
