Clinical Group Supervision Overview
Join a supportive, collaborative supervision group designed for clinicians seeking to strengthen their skills in ethical decision making and trauma treatment. Facilitated by Certified Nature-Informed Therapist, Krista Bajgier, LCSW-C, MEd, the group provides a safe and reflective space to explore complex cases, deepen clinical insight, and build confidence in navigating ethical challenges. Krista brings a rich clinical background in Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and nature-informed therapies, offering a holistic perspective on trauma recovery. Her approach integrates mind-body awareness with ethical reflection, helping clinicians expand their clinical toolkit while honoring professional values. Supervision Hours
Krista Bajgier (License #24171) is an approved clinical supervisor for the Maryland Board of Social Work and Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists. Attendance in this group constitutes one (1) group supervision hour for Maryland-Based LMSWs and LGPCs.


Location & Schedule
Group is held online on the Fourth Thursday of Every Month at 9:00am via Zoom.

Standard Group Format
Group begins with a round-robin check-in from group members and a welcoming of new attendees. Space is provided for clinical questions and voluntary presentation of cases provided provided by members seeking feedback. Group closes with an ethical case study to support group members in honing their decision-making skills in independent practice.

You will be sent subsequent personal details including a supervision agreement as part of formal registration. This process can take up to 3 days and we will be unable to accommodate registration requests with less notice. Registrants are not required to attend every group, but instead is asked to RSVP at least 24 hours in advance to reserve space in the meeting. Meeting attendance is capped at 8.
