Workshop Overview
Embark on a 6-week journey to explore the profound connection between nature and spirituality. This inclusive group welcomes individuals of all genders, ages 18+, who are curious about deepening their spiritual bond with the natural world. Through a series of solo and group activities—such as awe walks, meditation, and journaling—we will gather at an outdoor location to reconnect with the earth and spirit in meaningful ways. This group draws on inspiration from Rooted: Life at the Crossroads of Science, Nature, and Spirit by Lyanda Lynn Haupt. While purchasing the book is not required, it is highly recommended for an enriched experience.
