This six-week support group is for adults dealing with a kind of grief that’s hard to explain or doesn’t always get recognized by others. It might feel like losing your sense of safety, the future you once hoped for, or a version of life that quietly disappeared without anyone noticing. This kind of grief is real, and it can feel heavy and lonely to carry by yourself.  In this group, you’ll have a safe place to talk about those feelings. You’ll learn how grief can show up in your body and practice simple ways to handle it without feeling overwhelmed.
