Led by nature-informed healthcare providers, this Q&A is a chance to ask questions, learn about the science behind nature-based therapy, and discover if it might be a good fit for you or your family. No experience necessary—just bring your curiosity and questions!

Your Community Educators
Community education hours are hosted by a rotation of staff at Outdoor Therapeutics who will speak about their training and experience facilitating nature-based therapy services and self discovery programs. They will provide an overview of the science that supports our practice's mission and answer questions about what clients can expect from their experience when they present with a wide range of mental health concerns, personal intentions, and diverse abilities.
