6-Week Virtual College Support Group
Group Overview
Join us for a nature-informed weekly support group for college students! Together in an environment of acceptance, empathy, and encouragement, we will address and share our experiences of college expectations, what it means to transition into and out of college, and how to navigate these experiences in healthy, productive ways. This is a skills and processing group that uses outdoor resources, gentle movement, and nature-informed interventions to work through issues specific to the college experience. This group is open to college students ages 18-22 who are looking to:

*** Process and navigate college expectations
*** Develop and manage a plan for healthy school / life balance
